House Regulations Sirmio Apartments

To fully enjoy your stay and make it as safest as possible, it's best to know the house regulations.

  • Renting is only permitted to paying guests of the House, access to others is severely prohibited. Visits from guests must be approved from the Management.
  • On your arrival date you can access the property only after 2pm and you must check out within 11 o'clock, please make sure you arrange the exact time of departure with the Management by WhatsApp.
  • Cleaning is included only on departure. For any extra changes of linen and / or cleaning, contact the Host 24 hours in advance. The extra cost of changing and cleaning is 15 euros.
  • Each and every guest is responsible for their personal belongings left in the apartment. The management declines any type of responsibilities in case of missing items.
  • Each and every guest is responsible for their behaviour inside the house and around the surrounding areas, in case of accidents you'll be held accountable and must pay for any damage caused. A deposit of Euro 100,00, in cash, must be left at the moment of your arrival, and it will be returned at the moment of your departure.
  • A set of keys for the entire building will be handed to the Guest at the moment of the arrival, in case of loss or damage it's strongly recommended to immediately contact the management. Any payments towards a new lock will be at the tenants’ expenses.
  • Before you leave the house, please lock your windows and doors, switch off the lights, and all the electric equipment (tv, a/c, hob) and to stop the tap.
  • In case of particular situations, to prevent any hazards or damages, the Manager has the right to enter the property, informing the Customer about it.
  • It is forbidden to make any molesting noise from 2pm till 4pm and from 11pm till 7am.
  • Access to pets is forbidden.
  • In case of any furniture or equipment loss or damage the guest must immediately inform the Management, which after close examination will, in case, charge the tenants for the equal amount of what's missing or ruined.
  • It is also forbidden to take out of the apartment any of the equipment (towels, lining, ecc..).
  • It is severely forbidden to smoke in the apartments.
  • The Apartment Manager has the right to suspend the provision of the service to the guest who contravenes the provisions of these internal regulations.
  • At the time of the arrival, you must provide the management with a valid id document in order to check you in.
  • Please feel free to communicate by WhatsApp, directly to the Management (available 24/7), any wish, desire or praise.
